Do I need technical knowledge to create websites?
No, it's not necessary! We create the website, upload it, and keep it updated. We are also happy to make the changes you want (depending on the plan you have)!
What are the monthly costs of the plans?
The prices vary according to the plan. The monthly prices range between $29.99 and $39.99 (excluding VAT), depending on the contract you choose. For more information, click here.
Will my plan automatically renew?
Subscriptions and domains automatically renew. You can decide if you want to pay and renew the subscription monthly or annually.
What is a change token?
A change token means a change on your website. For example, changing a sentence is a token. Changing an image, changing the phone number, changing the opening hours, etc., each of these is a token.
Larger changes, such as adding another element, adding an additional page, extensively modifying a section, etc., consume multiple tokens. The exact amount must be determined individually in each case.
Do the change tokens expire at the end of the month if I haven't used them?
No. Your change tokens expire after 2 years. This means you can accumulate your change tokens for up to 2 years. (Silver Plan up to 48; Gold Plan up to 144, and Platinum Plan up to 360).
What if I don't have any more change tokens but need to make an urgent change?
In this case, contact us anyway. We will find an appropriate and fair solution. For example, in the monthly plan, we will use the tokens from the next month. In the annual plan, we will also be happy to help you!
Can I set up a professional email?
With the Gold or Platinum Plan, it is possible to create an email inbox.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel your paid plan by sending us an email through the contact page.
You can cancel the Silver, Gold, or Platinum plan with a one-month notice period. If you pay annually, the plan will automatically renew for another year. In the case of monthly payments, the notice period is per month.
For example:
If the plan was purchased on June 15th and is paid annually: You can cancel the plan until May 14th. Otherwise, the cancellation will be effective in the next year.
If the plan was purchased on June 15th and is paid monthly: If you submit your cancellation request on July 2nd, the plan will not be canceled on July 14th (not within the notice period) and will be canceled on August 14th.
Can I transfer my website to another hosting provider after canceling my subscription?
The answer is no, your website is tied to the contract and cannot be transferred to another hosting provider. In the event of cancellation, your website will be deactivated at the end of your contract.
However, you have the option to reactivate your subscription within 12 months after cancellation without having to pay the installation fee again.
